Charles Williams, Center Technical Advisor with NASA, will discuss how to do business with Johnson Space Center. Charles is the primary point of contact with private Industry for all matters relating to the Johnson Space Center Small Business Program. As the Center Technical Advisor he assists other Center Small Business Specialists in determining the extent to which small businesses can perform on upcoming contracts and on high technology contracts.
